All termination advice must be shared promptly to the designated Tersus Group relationship manager or client service manager with a subject line ‘NOTICE OF TERMINATION CHANGE TO USER STATUS’. The terminator must specify the reason for termination and the due date. The termination will not affect the obligations or rights of parties arising before the termination date. Termination may be required or effective earlier either (a) after transmission of an Acknowledgement from the Operator to the user expressly confirming termination, or (b) midnight on the first business day following the Operators receipt of the termination notice.
Tersus Group’s website may from time to time link to third party websites (for example Health & Safety Executive) – these and similar links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute approval, endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the Operator for content, opinion, products or services available through the third party.
