We are one of the largest providers of asbestos services to housing providers in the U.K – including many ‘G15’ clients. We provide the full range of management, refurbishment, hybrid and targeted surveys to ensure our client’s and their supply-chain are legally compliant.  We provide asbestos registers, management plans, re-inspections, air monitoring and four-stage clearance services.

We also provide compliance auditing / gap analysis services & policy and procedure reviews to ensure our clients have absolute certainty on their adherence to regulations, approved codes of practice and guidance.

We understand our client’s needs to ensure void properties are turned around quickly and how our services affect all follow-on works and ultimately – delivery on time to the new tenant. We offer industry leading turnaround times – assisted by our network of laboratories around the U.K.

We provide services in accordance to the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 and guidance documents including HSG 264 and 248. We are UKAS accredited for a number of services, UKATA approved for training and are ATAC members.

We issue clear comprehensive reports and utilise the latest ‘TEAMS’ software which allows our clients to freely access our web-portal and to ensure ease of data exports to a number of asset management systems.
